dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Provision of essential health care services in the prime right of the people. To make EHCS access possible to it's citizen, government has adopted the policy of decentralization in health sector under the self government Act 2055 and regulation 2055. Following this, it is incorated in the NHSP-IP (Decentralized health management). Hand over over of health institutions to local authority was started in FY 2059/2060 in a phase wise manner. Till now there are 28 districts with decentralized health facilities. | en_US |
