Abstract

vascular disease of the brain is a major problem in modern neurology. It included all disorders in which an area of the brain in transiently or permanently affected by ischemia or bleeding and one or more of the cerebral vessels are involved in the pathological process. Cerebro vascular disease is the third leading cause of death after heart disease and malignancy in the USA and is the most disability or neurologic disease.
